Our primary goal is to help ensure the long-term success of TC Group by retaining existing customers. We engage them with relevant personalized communication and deliver targeted campaigns based on their behavior and preferences. This means that a crucial aspect of our role is analyzing and understanding customer data to identify trends and patterns, so we can tailor our messaging and campaigns to resonate with our users.

That's why we do everything we can to make them feel heard and appreciated throughout their customer journey. We ask for their feedback and use it to improve our products, enhance the customer experience, and build long-lasting relationships.
Who We Work With
We collaborate with many teams and individuals within the company – consulting the product team, for example, about the features and benefits of TC Group products so that we can develop targeted promotions and campaigns. We’re also in regular contact with the data analytics and customer service teams, seeking their insights into customer behavior such as purchase history, browsing patterns, and engagement metrics.

How We Work
We place a high value on organization and efficiency, especially now that remote working has become more common. To this end we use a variety of tools and systems, such as our shared project management tool, and we hold regular team meetings to share updates and discuss any challenges we may be facing. We understand the importance of adaptability, and we’re constantly evaluating the efficiency of our processes to ensure we remain agile and responsive to changes in the market.
