Our primary goal is to help ensure the long-term success of TCG by retaining existing customers. We engage them with relevant personalized communication and deliver targeted campaigns based on their behavior and preferences. This means that a crucial aspect of our role is analyzing and understanding customer data to identify trends and patterns, so we can tailor our messaging and campaigns to resonate with our users.

We use data analytics and their insights into customer behavior, such as purchase history, browsing patterns, and engagement metrics.

Who We Work With
Customer Management sits at the crossroads of many teams at TCG. We collaborate with the product team to fully understand our offerings and make sure customers see their value clearly. Together with marketing, we shape campaigns and promotions that reach the right audiences in the right way. Our close exchange with sales helps us align strategies with market needs, while working with operations ensures a smooth customer journey from order to delivery. By connecting these perspectives, we make sure our customers always get the best possible experience.

With colleagues spread across locations, we rely on our project management platform to keep priorities transparent and responsibilities clear. Regular check-ins help us solve challenges early, while on other hand focused workshops give space to dive deeper into bigger topics. Remote work is part of our daily routine, so we keep an eye on what really works: if a process slows us down, we adjust it. This way, we stay organized without losing the flexibility to react quickly when the market shifts.
