Application Review
After you have submitted your application, we will carefully review your documents. We appreciate your efforts and want to ensure that every applicant receives the attention they deserve.

Introductory Interview
If your talents fit the role, you’ll be invited to an initial online meeting with a member of our recruitment team. We’ll learn more about you as a person, and you’ll get the chance to ask us questions about our working culture and values.

Objective Assessment
Depending on the role, we may include an online assessment at this stage. This step includes both technical and personality aspects to ensure a fair and objective evaluation of your overall fit for the role. This provides an excellent opportunity for you to demonstrate your full range of skills and strengths, ensuring that your abilities are accurately recognized and valued.

Second Interview
After a successful initial introduction, we will invite you for a second interview with a hiring manager from the department you would potentially be working with. This interview allows you to connect with the team members and showcase your professional skills and expertise.

In-Person Meeting
Lastly and depending on the role, you’ll be invited into the office for a face-to-face meeting with the hiring manager. This is also your opportunity to see your future workplace, talk to future colleagues, and experience the TC Group working culture with its strong team spirit.

Job Offer
If we decide you’re the right candidate for the position, you’ll receive a job offer. And once you’ve reviewed the contract, if everything is to your satisfaction, you’ll be ready to become our newest valued employee 🎉
The onboarding process begins as soon as we have received your acceptance. We’ll provide you with all the information you need for a smooth and rewarding start with us!
AI in the Application Process
We embrace innovation – including the smart use of AI. It’s absolutely okay to use AI tools to:
