Purpose and Goals
Our Talent Acquisition team is dedicated to seeking out the best personnel to join TC Group, while our administration & payroll experts are responsible for legal compliance, employment contracts, and staff payments. Our department also promotes learning and development initiatives to help our employees develop their skills.
At the TC Group, we know that our employees are what makes our workplace unique. Who We Work With
As well as collaborating closely with other departments such as production, IT, finance, legal, and PR, our team members work with individual employees across the company. Our department is based in a number of time zones, so alongside our face-to-face consultations, we’ve introduced self-service tools to help our colleagues access the information they need as soon as possible.

How We Work
We’re a global team and we understand that different roles require different ways of working. Our recruiters work in a fast-paced environment with daily meetings, while other team members meet on a weekly or ad-hoc basis. In addition to this, the entire department meets at least every other week. To strengthen team spirit and ensure we’re working toward the same goals, we keep communication as open and transparent as possible.
At the TC Group, we take pride in our global team and our ability to work together, although being in different locations, but not lost a team spirit and sense of presence.
