Our mission is simple enough: to run some kickass marketing campaigns and have some fun while we’re doing it! Our industry goals include greater brand awareness, long-term customer loyalty, increased basket sizes, and higher customer lifetime value. And to get the results we want we use a variety of marketing tactics: social media initiatives, email marketing, paid advertising, and influencer collaborations to reach customers from all over the world.

Creativity and innovation are central to our team ethos, and we approach each new campaign with a sense of curiosity. We’re constantly asking ourselves "How can we make our customers happy?" We know that marketing success rests on a deep understanding of the target audience’s needs and desires, and we’ve made this the guiding principle of all our campaigns.

 We work with a range of external parties, from our grassroots influencer partners to the biggest names in tech like Google, Facebook, TikTok, and Qualtrics. We also collaborate with other departments within TC Group: we work closely with the product development team, for example, as we need a deep understanding of our portfolio to promote the items effectively. And we’re responsible for generating leads for the sales team and giving them the tools they need to sell our products and services.

The spirit of our team is one of creativity and the free exchange of ideas; we know that the best innovations come from diverse perspectives and experiences. Although we’re a close-knit team, each member is encouraged to take ownership of their role and work independently.

We take a data-driven, tech-forward approach, closely monitoring KPIs to optimize our strategies and embracing new opportunities such as AI. We hold regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, review performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement. We also use project management software to track progress and assign tasks so that everyone is aware of their responsibilities. And we make sure each team member is supported on an individual level, whether they work on-site or remotely.
