What I value most in my work is the diversity of the tasks. Every project is different and has its own challenges, as well as its own learnings. I also enjoy the international work environment, which creates the opportunity to learn more about other countries and cultures.
I immerse myself in our global production facilities regularly, witnessing first-hand the dedication you find at all our sites. The informal atmosphere breeds collaboration and innovation — everyone shares a common purpose. From problem-solving with our developers to improvements at the cutting tables, there's an energy that propels us forward. Each small improvement has a ripple effect, delivering the best results for our customers.
Different continents, one team.
Our sites in Germany, Poland, and the USA are fully connected — with each other and with teams across the company. We collaborate closely with procurement, sales, and finance, and work hand-in-hand with the Production team to keep manufacturing reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality.
Working across multiple sites calls for coordination — regular team meetings, in person or online. Part of our work is remote, and we value that freedom. But there's nothing like being on site, seeing first-hand the processes you've put in place.
