Our role is to develop and maintain software solutions that power TC Group’s webshops around the world, ensuring that the shops function efficiently and provide a seamless and rewarding experience for customers. We strive to develop high-quality software that meets or exceeds industry standards, employing best practices such as agile development methodologies, while constantly integrating new tools and features.

We understand that the technology landscape is constantly evolving, and we’re always looking for creative solutions to meet the needs of our customers. We support many teams and individuals within the wider company, including the e-commerce, marketing, and customer service teams. These working relationships are critical to TC Group delivering consistently excellent results, meeting customers’ complex needs and protecting the security of their information.

As a diverse team spread across several countries, we need an agile approach to organizing our work – so we rely on the “scrum” framework. We work in two-week “sprints” to plan, develop, test, and deploy new features and enhancements. We hold daily stand-up meetings to discuss our progress, any issues we’re facing, and our next steps. We also use project management software to track and coordinate our work.
