What You will Do:

• Architectural Leadership: Define and communicate backend architecture vision and strategy
• Solution Design: Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable backend systems and APIs
• Performance Optimization: Optimize backend performance and scalability, ensuring efficient resource utilization
• Integration: Collaborate with frontend developers, database administrators, and DevOps engineers to integrate backend components seamlessly
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support to backend developers
• Innovation: Research and implement emerging technologies and trends in backend development

Preferred Background:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Experience: 8+ years in Java backend development, with significant experience in architecture and leadership roles
• Skills: Proficiency in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate), understanding of microservices architecture, and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE Programmer, or Spring Professional Certification are advantageous
• Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving
