What You will Do:

• Drive infrastructure projects, ensuring on-time delivery and budget compliance 📊
• Support continuous protection against cyber threats while adhering to regulatory standards 🛡️
• Maintain and enhance supplier relationships to meet evolving business needs 🤝
• Oversee procurement, organization, and service management for hardware and software 📦
• Plan and maintain cutting-edge office networks and hardware 💻
• Provide internal IT support, including device setup and Active Directory user management 🛠️
• Collaborate with an international team of IT experts 🌍

 Preferred Background:

• Qualification as an IT specialist or equivalent 🎓
• Initial experience managing users in Microsoft 365 as well as a foundational knowledge in Windows Server administration 🖥️
• Proficiency with Windows desktops; Mac OS X knowledge is a plus 🌐
• You have a passion for staying ahead on best practices on how to maximize the use of AI in your field. Ideally experienced in the frequent use of AI and a strategic view to harnessing future capabilities 🔮
• Strong communication skills for teamwork and end-user support with fluent English and good German language skills 💬
