TCG is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and reliability of production equipment and facility systems. This role is responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance, reducing downtime, and ensuring production equipment operates safely and efficiently.
The Maintenance Technician will also serve as a technical resource for the maintenance team and work closely with Production to minimize disruptions and improve equipment performance.

What You will Do:
Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on production equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before they lead to failures.
Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders.
Ensure spare parts and maintenance supplies are properly organized and available.
Assist in developing preventive maintenance schedules.
Train and support maintenance technicians as needed.
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
Support general facility maintenance and other technical tasks as assigned.
Preferred Background:
5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, and electrical schematics.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation.
Preferred Experience
Manufacturing or industrial production environment.
Printing, packaging, or automated production equipment.
PLC troubleshooting experience.
Welding and fabrication experience.
Forklift and scissor lift certification (or willingness to obtain).
