  • We understand how important your studies are. That’s why we offer flexible 16-20h schedules per week tailored to your university commitments. We'll work with you to find a balance that fits both your coursework and your responsibilities at TCG.

  • At TCG, you’ll work on real projects that are important to our business—whether it’s supporting e-commerce operations, helping to optimize production workflows, or contributing to new digital initiatives. You’ll be trusted with meaningful tasks, not just support activities.

  • Once you apply, we’ll review your profile and get in touch. There are two interviews waiting for you: One with our HR and one with the department you’re applying for. To better understand your strengths, you’ll also complete a short digital assessment, which you can easily do from home. Our goal is to make the process clear, personal, and focused on finding the best fit for both sides.
