Purpose and Goals
Our primary purpose is to ensure the financial health and stability of TC Group. We achieve this by setting and achieving financial goals, managing expenses and cash flows, and making informed financial decisions. We ensure that all transactions are properly recorded and that statements are prepared in accordance with local and international regulations. Our department also plays a crucial role in financial planning and budgeting: we work with management to set financial targets for the company and develop budgets so we can track progress toward those targets.

We pride ourselves on providing prompt and accurate financial data, accompanied by analysis that allows our partners to grasp the essentials at a glance. Our flair for numbers and analytical experience help us discern and pinpoint trends early on. Another key value that defines our self-image is integrity: we believe in conducting business in an honest, transparent, and ethical manner – while always seeking to act in the best interests of TC Group and its stakeholders.
Who We Work With
We work with various stakeholders inside and outside the organization. One of our primary working relationships is with executive management: we provide regular financial reports, analysis, and forecasts to support their decision-making process. And we collaborate closely with many other departments within TC Group, supporting their operations with our financial insights. Meanwhile, we’re the main point of contact for external stakeholders such as auditors, investors, and regulatory authorities.

How We Work
Effective internal communication and planning are essential to our work. We hold regular virtual team meetings with colleagues worldwide to ensure that everyone is aware of current issues and upcoming deadlines. Staff well-being is another big priority for our department, and this is reflected in initiatives such as our hybrid work system allowing colleagues to work either on-site or remotely.
