What You Will Do:

• Prepare consolidated financial statements for the group (monthly, quarterly, annually) under HGB and IFRS, incl. reporting duties 📊
• Act as go-to person for accounting questions from international subsidiaries and coordinate local accounting and service teams 🌍
• Own all intercompany accounting topics, including documentation and reconciliation 🔄
• Develop and enhance our consolidation software (Lucanet) and proactively optimize internal group accounting processes 💡
• Analyze and implement new IFRS standards, blending deep expertise with real-world application 📘

Preferred Background:

Experience

Several years of hands-on experience in group accounting with a focus on consolidation and reporting.

Hard Skills

• In-depth knowledge of HGB and IFRS 📚
• Confident user of financial software (Lucanet or similar) 🖥
• Skilled in group reporting and Excel – you know your way around pivot tables and formulas 📈
• Experience working with auditors and internal stakeholders like Controlling, Tax, and Legal 🤝
• Fluency and English and good knowledge of the German language 🗣
