Our role is to ensure that all necessary materials are sourced dependably and affordably, without any compromise on quality, and all products are delivered on time to TC Group’s millions of private and business customers. We’re always working to fine-tune our systems and to minimize lead times, reduce inventory holding costs, and improve customer satisfaction. This requires close collaboration with our shipping and warehousing partners.

We work with a broad range of stakeholders. These include external partners such as our international suppliers and vendors, as well as internal colleagues such as the sales, marketing, and finance teams, who are critical in helping us forecast demand.

How We Work
Being spread across the world presents challenges, but we’ve developed effective strategies for working together as a team to achieve our goals. We use project management software to assign tasks, track progress, and manage deadlines. In line with TC Group's hybrid working environment, some team members work together on-site while others collaborate via digital communication tools – but with our strong team spirit, we remain a tight-knit unit.
