Your General responsibilities:

• Develop and direct programs to ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation and utilization of the production equipment.
• Oversee all machinery related topics and projects for both US production facilities.
• Establish the right level of machinery infrastructure to support the business through rapid production volume growth.
• Establish a high acceptance level of used maintenance software within Maintenance team.
• Plan long range equipment needs based on production forecasts and input from upper management.
• Monitor the production floor layout plan to ensure it continues to meet company standards and needs.
• Ensure current and accurate inventory control for maintenance storage area
• Availability to travel to Arizona when needed.

Preferable Background: 

• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control systems. 
• Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Associate degree with a technical focus or 18 months of related experience in an in an industrial background
• In-depth knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Experienced in reading and interpreting drawing and schematics.
