What You will Do:

• Develop and optimize innovative SEA strategies to maximize campaign performance 🚀 
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and create compelling ad copy 🔍 
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for better results 📊
• Manage the SEA budget efficiently to ensure a positive ROI 💰 
• Collaborate closely with different teams to integrate SEA into the broader marketing strategy 🤝

Preferred Background:

• Several years of experience in SEA management, ideally in an international setting 🌍 
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other relevant SEA platforms 🔧 
• Proven analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics 📈 
• A proactive and independent work style with strong ownership 💪 
• A Passion for staying ahead on best practices how to maximize the use of AI in your field. Ideally experienced in frequent use of AI and a strategic view to harness future capabilities 🔮
• Fluent in English; additional languages like German are a plus 🗣
