What You Will Do:

• Optimize and introduce new production processes through automation, data analysis, and process improvement tools 📊
• Work hand in hand with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution 🤝
• Coordinate and execute seamless transfers of production processes between sites 🔄
• Monitor and stabilize processes post-transfer, ensuring top efficiency and compliance ✅
• Support cross-functional initiatives in Quality, Regulatory, and New Product Introduction 🌍

Preferred Background:

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Process Engineering 🎓
• Experience in process improvement, automation, or process transfer projects ⚙️
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies 🏭
• Strong project management & problem-solving skills 🛠️
• Fluent in Polish & English (German or Spanish is a plus) 🌎
