What You Will Do:
- Support the development of physical products from concept to market: from idea generation, research, testing, and launch, to tracking product performance.
- Conduct competitive analysis and support in-depth research on physical product trends in the print-on-demand and e-commerce space.
- Prepare and maintain product documentation such as product briefs, testing protocols, and production-ready specifications.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with operations, procurement, production, marketing, IT, and sales to ensure seamless product execution.
- Analyze performance data of tangible products to identify improvement areas and contribute actionable ideas that enhance customer satisfaction and product quality.
- Assist in managing the physical product roadmap, prioritizing impactful features and product improvements.
Who You Are:
This role is a great fit for early-career professionals with a strong interest in product development, particularly recent graduates from marketing or related fields who are excited to build their skills in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
Preferred Background:
- Experience
- Previous experience or academic exposure with physical products - ideally in a print-on-demand, apparel, or custom manufacturing environment.
- Experience in print-on-demand, apparel, or manufacturing is a plus
- Exposure to international manufacturing or e-commerce companies is a strong plus.
- Hard Skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset - comfortable using Excel and AI tools for insights and decision-making.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or any other project/product tracking systems is appreciated
- Understanding of the print-on-demand process, from sourcing to final delivery - is a bonus.
- Fluency in English (Polish is a plus).
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset - comfortable using Excel and AI tools for insights and decision-making.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills - you’ll need to translate product requirements to operations, logistics, and marketing teams clearly and effectively.
- Proactive problem-solver: You spot issues early and fix them - with data.
- Detail-oriented: You care about print quality, fabric choice, sizing accuracy, and everything in between - to make our customers happy with long-lasting products
