Your Daily Impact:
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of workforce data across global systems 🧩
- Develop and monitor personnel cost budgets, working closely with Finance to optimize HR expenditures 🏢
- Conduct in-depth Cost Per Item (CPI) analysis and provide insights to Global Operations 📊
- Support compensation monitoring through benchmarking and data-driven recommendations 📌
- Act as the go-to expert for HR data inquiries, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments 👥
Your Background:
Experience:
- Around 3 years in financial or workforce data management, personnel cost budgeting, or business analytics in a global organization
Hard Skills:
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau 🛠
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL or other querying languages is a plus 💻
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets 🔍
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations 🔐
Soft Skills:
- High attention to detail with a commitment to data integrity and accuracy 🎯
- Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders 🗣
- Strong sense of ownership and confidentiality when handling sensitive workforce data 🤝
