What You will Do:

• Management of warehouse team - organization of work, creation of
  schedules, development of employees' competence, control of productivity.
• Planning warehouse operations - receiving, storage, picking and releasing
  goods in accordance with the production schedule and customer orders.
• Inventory control - regular inventories, analysis of shortages and
  surpluses, verification of material rotation.
• Warehouse space optimization - effective management of warehouse layout
  to maximize space utilization and streamline logistics flows.
• Coordination of transport logistics - internal, container, shipping
  (organization and cooperation with domestic and foreign carriers).
• Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations - health and safety,
  documentation requirements, operational and quality procedures.
• Operation of warehouse systems - working in Symfonia system and other
  ERP/WMS tools (data entry, document generation, control of information
  flow).
• Reporting and analysis of warehouse and logistics data - KPIs, inventory
  reports, team performance indicators, recommendations for improvements.

Preferred Background:

Experience

• several years in a logistics or Warehouse management role 
• experience from a manufacturing company / Production site 

Hard Skills

• Very good knowledge of warehouse systems, including Symfonia.
• Strong knowledge of internal, container and shipping logistics, both with
  Polish and international carriers
• Solid Knowledge of health and safety procedures and warehouse standards
• Knowledge of foreign languages: English or German

Soft Skills

• Ability to organize teamwork in a fast pace environment
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills in an international context
• An independent and responsible way of working to solve operational and logistical problems autonomously
