What You will Do:
- Keep our office a well-oiled machine by managing daily admin tasks, supplies, and workspace organization
- Be the go-to person between management, clients, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination
- Manage HR processes like recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee documentation - people are your thing!
- Manage emails, calls, and correspondence like a pro - efficient, friendly, and always on top of things
- Take charge of meetings: scheduling, prep work, and follow-ups to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Regularly prepare reports and support management on varying administrative tasks
Preferred Background:
- Experience
- Proven experience in office management or HR administration
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HR processes such as payroll and employee documentation
- Ability to manage office operations and supply chain coordination
- Knowledge of performance reporting and data management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English language, written and spoken
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high sense of responsibility
- Proven experience in office management or HR administration
