What You will Do:

• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers for raw materials, packaging, or finished goods
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (product, ops, finance, logistics) to understand sourcing needs
• Ensure vendor compliance with quality, service, and ethical standards
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation (POs, invoices, contracts, etc.)
• Track procurement performance (cost savings, lead time, delivery accuracy, etc.)
• Support cost optimization and supply chain resilience initiatives
• Handle regional procurement activities in alignment with global standards and sourcing strategy

Preferred Background:

• 3–5 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, or procurement (preferably in e-commerce)
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with procurement software/tools and documentation processes
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and cost awareness
• Fluent in English language, written and spoken
• Knowledge of logistics, import/export, or trade compliance
  
• Proactive and resourceful - you don’t wait for perfect info to take action
• Obsessed with timelines, cost efficiency, and process optimization
• A team player who collaborates with clarity and ownership
