We are looking to hire driven B2B Sales Lead. In this role, you’ll identify key partnerships, close deals, and accelerate revenue growth.

What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end B2B sales pipeline – from prospecting to onboarding.
- Own national POD (Print-On-Demand) revenue – build, commit to and deliver quarterly sales targets for our B2B brand MerchOne.
- Map the market – identify Vietnam’s top POD (Print-On-Demand) sellers and emerging high-growth stores; maintain an up-to-date prospect universe.
- Activate your network – leverage existing relationships and warm introductions to shorten sales cycles.
- Design go-to-market plans – segment accounts, craft value propositions, set pricing and promotion tactics, and align with EU/US fulfilment capacity.
- Full-cycle selling – outreach, discovery, solution pitch, commercial negotiation, contract closure and hand-off to onboarding.
- Pipeline management & forecasting – keep CRM data clean, run weekly forecast reviews, flag gaps early, and propose remediation actions.
- Customer success liaison – partner with Ops to ensure first-order success, upsell new SKUs and secure case studies.
- Market intelligence – monitor competitor moves, platform policies and seller pain-points, feed insights to product & leadership.
- Track performance using CRM tools and OKRs
What You Bring
- 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in B2B or E-commerce with a passion for customer relations
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills - both written and verbal
- Highly self-driven with a hunter mindset
- CRM-obsessed (Hubspot/Salesforce or similar)
- Bonus: Experience in print-on-demand, or digital marketplaces
- Advanced knowledge of the English language, written and spoken
- Resilient & adaptable: You navigate challenges with a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with a strong interest in AI and emerging technologies
