What You will Do:
- Troubleshoot and provide support for print stations and supervisor stations.
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly labeled IT equipment installations.
- Diagnose and resolve PC issues across the site.

Ensure IT security compliance by following company policies and industry best practices.

Provision, configure, and install workstations and administrative PCs.

Assist the IT Admin in CMH and the Global Head of Infrastructure with server management, backups, installations, and updates.

Perform network cable installations and troubleshoot connectivity issues as needed.

Develop and maintain IT support documentation.

Monitor, organize, and manage IT inventory for the Phoenix site.

Participate in U.S. and global IT meetings.
- Collaborate with Picanova Inc. and Picanova GmbH IT teams as required.
- Provide on-floor IT support to the Production Team when needed.
Preferred Background:
- 1–3 years of IT help desk or technical support experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and production-floor equipment (scanners, printers, labelers).Experience with Windows OS, Office 365, networking basics, and Active Directory.

Hands-on experience supporting shift-based or high-volume operations.

Strong troubleshooting skills with both hardware and software.
