We're looking for a business analyst who wants to build, not just report. Someone who gets excited about defining the metrics that matter, has the instinct to push back when the data disagrees with the room, and uses AI as a natural part of how they work.

At our scale, operational data is a goldmine of insight - but only if someone knows how to read it. That's the role we're hiring for.

The Role

You'll own the analytics layer for our sales, finance, and profitability data. You define the KPIs, build the Power BI reporting leaders actually use, and turn raw sales and cost data into the recommendations that account managers, shop managers, and top-level leadership execute on. You'll partner with sales, marketing, e-commerce, and production teams to translate business questions into analyses, surface the insights that matter, and drive process improvements with the data to back them up.

In a nutshell: Own the analytics and reporting layer. Extract, transform, visualize, interpret. Drive the process improvements the data points to.

What you'll be working on

→Manage daily operations and development of TCG analytics and reporting tools.
→Taking the sales forecasting process from manual to modelled - statistical methods, automation, the works.
→Redesigning sales and profit reporting so group managers can see which products, channels, and shops are actually profitable.
→Building Power BI dashboards leaders actually use, with confident DAX and a clean data model behind them.
→Defining the KPIs that matter across sales, marketing, e-commerce, and production -and getting them adopted.
→Migrating the reporting layer onto our new microservices architecture - clean, fast, scalable.
→Using AI tools to accelerate exploration and automate the repeatable parts of analysis

Who We're Looking For

Sounds like you?

→3-5 years in business analysis inside a data-rich operational environment - e-commerce, manufacturing, or similar.
→Power BI to a depth where you've built dashboards people actually depend on, with confident DAX and data modelling.
→Track record of defining KPIs and turning analysis into adopted process changes - not just reports that get sent.
→You've built your own analytics workflows or automations using AI - it's part of how you work, not something you're planning to explore.
→Working SQL and exposure to statistical methods for forecasting.
→Hands-on experience with financial or profitability data in a previous role - costing, margin analysis, P&L reporting, or similar.
→Fluency in English.

→You see analytics as building reports on request, rather than partnering on decisions.
→You see AI as a future investment rather than a current tool.
