TCG is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring materials are accurately received, stored, organized, and supplied to production. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing warehouse organization, and supporting efficient production flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The Logistics Supervisor will lead warehouse staff, manage inventory processes, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and work closely with Production, Procurement, and Maintenance to ensure materials are available when needed.

What You will Do:
Supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations.
Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and inventory audits.
Ensure materials are properly received, labeled, stored, and organized.
Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
Ensure production materials are available and delivered on time to support daily operations.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and suppliers.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
Optimize warehouse layout and material flow to improve efficiency.
Work closely with Procurement to monitor inventory levels and prevent material shortages.
Develop and maintain warehouse procedures and inventory controls.
Track logistics and inventory KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and logistics operations.
Preferred Background:
5+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
Strong inventory control and warehouse organization experience.
Experience with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and material planning.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification preferred.
Preferred Experience
Manufacturing or production environment.
Inventory management and warehouse optimization.
Shipping and receiving operations.
Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience.
