  • My Way to The Customization Group 🌍

    After finishing my master's degree in economic sociology, I started working for a recruitment agency. However, my path led me to Cologne the following year in 2021 and I decided to rather work on the company side. This was when I joined the HR-Team of TC Group, where I am now responsible for recruitment.

    I work as a Global Recruitment Partner for the group. In this position, my mission is to find and hire talents for all our departments at several locations. Our varied fields of activity also allow me to take on tasks in other areas from time to time.
