Apprenticeship At Picanova

We offer school leavers the chance to start their professional journey in a thriving international business. Our tight-knit, dynamic teams are waiting to benefit from your skills and dedication! Here are some of the departments where our apprentices can make a difference:


Printing

As a print technology apprentice, you’ll be introduced to the processes and technology used to make large-format custom print products. You’ll learn to prepare print data, operate presses, and oversee quality control.

Information Technology

As an IT specialist for system integration, you’ll learn to install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications so that they work smoothly together. We’ll teach you to adapt systems to our company requirements and ensure they comply with any laws and standards in place.

Mechatronics

Our mechatronics technicians will build expertise across several connected fields – mechanics, electrical engineering, control technology, and IT – in order to maintain and optimize our production systems and machinery.

Warehouse & Logistics

As a warehouse logistics specialistyou’ll learn to manage and organize goods and materials, taking on responsibility for sourcing, warehouse management, and shipping.

Graduate Trainee Placements at Picanova

Under our trainee program, new graduates can put the working principles they’ve studied into practice. Lasting 12 months, your traineeship will be focused on a specific department so that you can specialize in your chosen field and gain expertise. This is an excellent opportunity to get real hands-on experience from day one, working on challenging and rewarding projects in teams like these:

CRM & Marketing

Working in our CRM & marketing teams, you’ll conceive and implement cross-channel campaigns with a specific customer-group focus. Your projects could include affiliate marketing programs, newsletter mailouts, and other marketing campaigns. You’ll also be involved in web analytics, learning about the key performance indicators of an e-commerce enterprise. You’ll help build our brand, handling marketing collaborations and researching and testing new customer acquisition/communication channels.

Sales & Partner Management

As a sales and partner management trainee, you’ll help develop new business opportunities. You’ll be tasked to conceive and implement international sales strategies, roll out white-label stores, and run marketing campaigns. Further responsibilities could include data maintenance, building/maintaining partner relationships, key account management, market monitoring, customer support, and creating reports.

Purchasing & Operations

As part of our purchasing and operations department, you’ll help manage logistics for our international business. We expect you to maintain/upgrade our inventory management system, monitor order processing, and deal with suppliers. Other tasks could include supplier market research and implementing new supply concepts and sustainability initiatives.
