My path at The Customization Group started 2019 as a Working Student in Operations Controlling and Analytics. From day one, I had the chance to take on meaningful tasks that influenced key managerial decisions and impacted our financial performance. After joining full-time, I soon took full ownership of reporting and analyzing our COGS and shipping costs, helping to improve transparency and decision-making at the board level. Six years later, I now lead our Business Data Analysts team, supporting all departments with actionable insights and data-driven strategies. It’s an exciting, fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to shape the future of our company.
