Purpose and Goals
We’re responsible for the smooth and efficient running of production operations across TC Group’s three manufacturing sites, ensuring all items produced meet the company’s stringent quality standards. Using pioneering methodologies like lean manufacturing and Six Sigma, we continually analyze our processes to help us improve working practices, increase productivity, and reduce costs.

Responsible for Process Efficiency, I immerse myself in our global production facilities regularly, witnessing first-hand the dedication and focus that you can find at all of our sites. The informal atmosphere we cultivate breeds collaboration and innovation: everyone shares a common purpose: achieving the right result. From problem-solving meetings with our system developers to process improvement at the cutting tables, there is an energy that propels us forward. We thrive on finding creative solutions and optimizing our processes, knowing that each small improvement has a ripple effect throughout the organization, delivering the best results for our customers.

How We Work
Working across TC Group’s multiple sites calls for a lot of coordination. We have regular team meetings, and these can take place in person or online. As in most modern workplaces, our work can be done partly on a remote basis, and we appreciate the freedom this provides. But we also feel there’s nothing quite like coming on site and seeing first-hand the manufacturing processes you’ve put in place!

Who We Work With
We might be located on different continents, but we work as a single team. Thanks to modern technology, our sites in Germany, Poland, and the USA are fully connected not just with each other but with other teams throughout the company. We collaborate regularly with the procurement, sales, and finance teams – ensuring our manufacturing processes are reliable and cost-effective, and our products reach TC Group customers in the best quality possible.
