• Content Leadership & Innovation: Champion the creation of engaging, personalized content for CRM campaigns that aligns with our brand voice and enhances customer connections ✍️

Preferred Background:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 🎓
• Experience: Several years in CRM campaign management with a focus on improving CLV and driving revenue growth 📈
• Expertise: Strong background in multi-channel campaign execution and CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Emarsys 🛠️
• Creative Tools: Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar creative tools is a plus 🎨
• AI-Driven Mindset: A Passion for staying ahead on best practices how to maximize the use of AI in your field. Ideally experienced in frequent use of AI and a strategic view to harness future capabilities 🔮
• Communication & Analysis: Excellent analytical skills and marketing copywriting with fluent English; additional languages are an advantage 💬
