Your Day to Day responsibilities:
- Tech Stack Management: Oversee CRM systems and marketing technologies, ensuring alignment with business goals and efficiency.
- Data Quality: Maintain accurate CRM data through cleaning, deduplication, and regular updates.
- Personalization & Segmentation: Implement advanced segmentation and personalized campaigns using SQL and data analysis techniques.
- Data Analysis: Analyze marketing metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable improvement recommendations.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement innovative CRM and marketing technology solutions.
- Team Support & Collaboration: Share expertise and collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to enhance lead nurturing and targeting strategies.
Preferred Background:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in CRM data management or marketing technology roles.
- CRM & Automation Tools: Proven experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of SQL for personalized segments and queries; familiarity with data analysis tools like Power BI and Google Analytics.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and data integrity.
- Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-departmental work.
