What You Will Do:
- Own and orchestrate retention campaigns across channels, with a strong focus on email and automation 💡
- Analyze and optimize performance through A/B testing, KPIs, and a bold data-driven approach 📊
- Segment audiences using behavioral and transactional insights to create hyper-personalized experiences 🧠
- Collaborate with internal CRM tech experts and campaign managers to align messages and moments 🤝
- Keep documentation sleek and structured while celebrating and sharing best practices and CRM wins 📚
Preferred Background:
Experience
Initial first hands-on experience in CRM, newsletter or email marketing, ideally in a digital environment.
Hard Skills
- Proficient in CRM tools with omni-channel logic (Emarsys experience? Even better!) 🛠
- Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and testing methodology 🔍
- Comfortable working with customer data and journey segmentation 🔗
- Fluent in English (bonus points for German or any other languages!) 🌍
