We have a brand-new opportunity for an Office Manager. You will ensure smooth daily operations and support leadership with administrative coordination while serving as a key contact for teams, partners, and guests. Sounds good? Then keep reading!

What You will Do
- Ensure the office remains fully functional and organized by maintaining equipment, facilities, and overall workplace cleanliness - including the kitchen and coffee areas
- Monitor and replenish office supplies (e.g., stationery, equipment) to support seamless day-to-day operations
- Organize business travel, including booking transportation and accommodations, while coordinating logistics efficiently
- Collaborate with other Office Managers on shared responsibilities such as company vehicle use, maintenance, and document management
- Process incoming and outgoing documents with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring proper handling of official correspondence
- Serve as the primary liaison for external partners and suppliers to ensure uninterrupted services and productive relationships
- Greet visitors and company guests professionally, while also supporting internal event planning in coordination with HR
- Assist the accounting department by ensuring timely processing of invoices and budget-related documents
- Maintain confidentiality and legal compliance regarding sensitive internal information in accordance with applicable laws of the Republic of Latvia
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within an office environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Latvian and English
- Proven hands-on mentality with the ability to take ownership and drive tasks independently
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement effective solutions with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Strong sense for creating and maintaining a professional and motivating workplace environment
