We have a brand-new opportunity for an Intern in Online Platform Account Management. You’ll take ownership of online distributor accounts, assist with order management, and support data and reporting. Your role will be key to our expansion into the U.S. and EU promotional product markets. What You will Do:
- Keep a close eye on incoming leads and messages across platforms, making sure every inquiry gets a quick and caring reply 📬
- Be the go-to for distributor questions and order coordination, connecting the dots between logistics, pricing, timelines, and decoration requirements 🧩
- Support key distributor onboarding and vendor coordination, because good partnerships start with smooth beginnings 🧷
- Gather and channel feedback from distributors to the sales and marketing team, helping shape better offers and smarter messaging 🗣️
- Prepare reports and insights that help us spot trends and opportunities, while also boosting promo activities like email blasts and featured listings 📊
Preferred Background:
Experience
Ideally, you bring a background in Business, Marketing, International Business or a related field – whether through studies or first practical experience.
Hard Skills
- Strong communication skills in English (bonus points for any other EU language) 🗺️
- Solid Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills – a first feel for CRM or ERP systems is a plus 🧮
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks without losing sight of the details 🎯
- Eager to learn about B2B sales, e-commerce, and the promo products world 🛍️
