Your Day to Day responsibilities:
Perform daily and monthly account reconciliations, including bank accounts, PayPal, credit cards, petty cash, inventory, accrued, prepaid, fixed assets, and landed cost accounts
Manage expense tracking and controls, including Navan expenses, American Express follow-ups, and supporting documentation
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, including payroll accruals, inventory offsets, and reporting packages for headquarters
Coordinate tax and audit activities, including sales tax filings, state audits, and providing documentation to internal and external auditors
Manage intercompany transactions and payments, including reconciliations, bank payment initiation, and approval support
Preferable Background:
A degree in Accounting or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices.
Bilingual language skills in English and Spanish, as effective communication in both languages is required for this role.
Proficiency in QuickBooks for accurate and efficient financial management.
Familiarity with Excel as an essential tool in maintaining financial records and generating reports.
