We have a brand-new opportunity for a Hands-on Technical Lead (Full Stack) to join our team.
This role blends deep technical execution, architectural thinking, and leadership at scale. One day you’ll be designing backend services and APIs that power core platform workflows, the next you’ll be reviewing frontend implementations, mentoring engineers, and making decisions that keep our systems fast, reliable, and ready to grow.

What you will do:

• Own technical execution of full-stack features from design to production

• Design and build backend services, APIs, and integrations across the platform

• Build and operate systems that support high-traffic, high-volume e-commerce workloads

• Develop and review frontend components using JavaScript / TypeScript (React or similar)

• Make architectural decisions balancing speed, scalability, reliability, and maintainability

• Break down product requirements into clear technical tasks and realistic estimates

• Review pull requests with a focus on code quality, performance, and production readiness

• Step into the codebase to unblock engineers and accelerate critical deliveries

• Own the reliability, stability, and performance of systems in production

• Partner closely with Product and QA to ensure features are production-ready

• Identify technical risks early and drive solutions before they impact delivery

• Mentor engineers through hands-on guidance and technical feedback

• Continuously improve engineering practices around estimation, reviews, and releases

What you bring:

• 8–10 years of full-stack development experience

• Experience leading technical delivery as a Tech Lead, Engineering Lead, or Senior Engineer

• Strong ownership mindset with hands-on execution capability

Core Languages & Backend

• Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript

• Backend experience with one or more backend languages (for example Node.js, Python, or Java)

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, backend architecture, and service design

• Experience designing and maintaining integrations with internal and external systems

• Exposure to PHP is a plus

Frontend

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React (or similar)

• Comfortable working across frontend and backend without silos

Cloud, DevOps & Infrastructure

• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred)

• Familiarity with Docker and containerized applications

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines

• Strong Git-based workflows and code review practices

Data & Systems

• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases

• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance

Collaboration

• Experience working closely with Product, QA, and business stakeholders

• Fluent in English, written and spoken

• Comfortable working with distributed teams and overlapping time zones
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or Print-on-Demand

• Exposure to integration-heavy or event-driven systems

• Experience with microservices or asynchronous workflows

• Prior involvement in delivery or project ownership

• Strong sense of accountability for technical and delivery outcomes
