What You Will Do:
Design digital assets for marketing campaigns - Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, email, and website, leveraging modern tools (including AI) to accelerate production and maintain brand consistency
Create landing page components, banners, infographics, and product visuals that support growth and performance marketing goals
Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and growth teams to brainstorm concepts, co-create prompts, and integrate new design approaches into campaigns
Maintain and evolve brand identity across all touchpoints, while experimenting with innovative formats (e.g. animations, motion graphics, short-form content)
Ability to use creative AI/ML tools: research, evaluate, and introduce emerging AI tools and trends into the workflow to improve efficiency (e.g. Nano Banana, Seedream, DALL·E, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or any other similar AI tools)
Preferred Background:
Experience
3–5 years of professional experience in digital graphic design, either agency or in-house, ideally with a fast-paced performance marketing focus.
Hard Skills
Strong portfolio demonstrating performance-driven design work (ads, websites, email, etc.), especially projects created or enhanced with AI tools
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma (or equivalent), combined with the ability to integrate AI into design workflows
Solid knowledge of layout, visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography, with the ability to push creativity beyond brand guidelines when appropriate
Creative thinking and technically savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and approaches
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
Soft Skills
Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at high speed 💫
Strong collaboration mindset: open to feedback, yet confident in defending design choices to uphold quality 🤝
