We are looking for a German-speaking (Senior) Key Account Manager (DACH) to join our fast-growing B2B team, working with medium and large international clients to expand their businesses — and ours.

What You Will Do:
Drive growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, expand into new countries, and strengthen client retention.
Build trusted partnerships: Act as a strategic advisor to Shopify and other eCommerce sellers worldwide, understanding their business goals and helping them scale profitably.
Lead complex projects: Manage initiatives such as large-scale integrations, global product launches, multi-market expansion, and custom client solutions.
(Example scenario: one client has several brands they want to integrate --> coordination)
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Support teams to deliver seamless solutions for clients.
Shape processes: Identify and improve workflows to create a seamless client experience and drive stronger results.
Represent the company: Meet clients in person, attend key industry events, and strengthen strategic partnerships — including occasional trips to our other offices.
Track and improve performance: Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities, monitor KPIs, and drive results through a consultative, solution-focused approach.
Preferred Background:
Experience
Several years of experience in Key Account Management within B2B eCommerce, ideally in print-on-demand or SaaS environments, managing mid-sized to large international clients
Hard Skills
Strong ability to manage complex, multi-market projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously 🧠
Confident use of eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce, with curiosity for emerging technologies 🤖
Experience in applying AI tools to optimize workflows, uncover insights, and support data-driven decisions ⚙️
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and German, both written and spoken 🗣️
