TCG is seeking a Second Shift Lead to oversee daily production activities during the evening shift. This role is responsible for leading production associates, ensuring production goals are met, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a safe and efficient work environment.
The Second Shift Lead will work closely with Production Management to ensure smooth shift operations, monitor employee performance, and quickly resolve production issues to minimize downtime.

What You will Do:
Lead and support production associates during the second shift.
Ensure daily production goals, quality standards, and deadlines are met.
Assign work and monitor productivity throughout the shift.
Support employee training and provide daily coaching.
Address production issues and escalate equipment or quality concerns as needed.
Work closely with Maintenance to minimize downtime.
Ensure materials and workstations are ready for production.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Complete shift reports and communicate important updates to the day shift and Production Management.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Preferred Background:
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong communication and team leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and production reporting.
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when business needs require.
Preferred Experience
Manufacturing or production environment.
Experience leading teams on an evening or night shift.
Experience with production KPIs and labor productivity.
Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement experience.
