System Administrator
(Infrastructure & Global Support)
Keep the infrastructure running for teams across the whole group, from a base at our Szczecin site. Networks, systems, and whatever the day brings.
● Szczecin ● Full-time ● 9.000 - 12.000 PLN gross/month ● Start: asap
Do you like variety, and do you go and figure things out rather than wait to be told? We are looking for a System Administrator to support our infrastructure and our people across the group, from our Szczecin site. One hour it is a switch config, the next a request from a colleague three time zones away.
About TCG
In 2004, our founders flew to China for the Canton Fair. No plan B, no investors. The Customization Group is now a global leader in mass customization and print-on-demand e-commerce, manufacturing personalised products in Germany, Poland, the USA and Latvia and selling through 20+ own shops and 1,000+ partner stores. 750+ people, 40+ nationalities.
The Role
The job is global: you help keep our on-premise infrastructure running for colleagues across our locations. Two things sit at the heart of it, networking and systems administration, and you move between them and everything around them rather than owning one narrow lane. Some days that is the network, some days it is Microsoft 365 or a Windows Server, some days it is a colleague who needs a hand. It is broad, hands-on, and rarely the same two days running. You do not need to know all of it on day one; you need the foundation and the drive to grow into the rest, which is exactly how the person before you did it.
This is an on-site role: the hardware and the team are here in Szczecin, so it is not remote or hybrid.
In short: Networking and systems administration, on-premise first, supporting a global team from Szczecin. Broad, hands-on, and rarely the same two days running.
What You Will Do
→ Look after the network. Our multi-site setup runs on MikroTik and HPE/Aruba, with VLANs and VPN tying the locations together. You keep it healthy and help it grow.
→ Administer our systems. Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange, Intune) and on-prem Windows Server, plus the accounts, devices and access that colleagues rely on every day.
→ Support people across our sites. Be the person colleagues can bring a problem to, wherever they sit, and sort out the office networks and hardware they depend on.
→ Troubleshoot to the root cause. When something breaks, find why, fix it, and write it down so it does not come back. Keeping things secure is part of the job throughout.
→ Make things easier with automation. We are an AI-first company that builds its own internal tools, so there is real room to automate the repetitive work, wiring up AI-driven workflows and connectors with tools like Zapier, n8n and MCP. A genuine plus, not a day-one must.
Who We're Looking For
Sounds like you?
→ 2+ years in a systems administration, network administration, IT support or network operations role is ideal. We equally welcome fresh graduates and students who have worked in these fields already, through internships, part-time or project work, or a first job, so tell us what you have actually done and built.
→ A real networking foundation. You understand how a network works, TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, VPN, and can reason about why one is misbehaving. Hands-on with MikroTik or Aruba is a bonus, not a must.
→ Some systems grounding. Comfortable around Microsoft 365 or Windows Server, enough to build on. If you have touched PowerShell or a bit of cloud, even better.
→ A security-minded way of working. You keep things safe by habit. Depth here grows on the job.
→ Troubleshooting instinct: you isolate a problem methodically instead of guessing, and you document what you did.
→ Driven, curious, adaptable: you want to know how things work and go find out, and you stay steady when priorities and topics shift. To us this matters as much as any item on the list above.
→ Polish and English, and able to work on site in Szczecin.
Probably not a fit if...
→you want to work purely in the cloud, this role is hands-on with real infrastructure, networks and hardware
→you want fully remote, the infrastructure and the team you support are on site in Szczecin
→you want to stay in one narrow lane, here you move between networking, systems and support as the day needs
→you would rather reboot it again than find the cause, here the same fault twice is a problem to solve
Nice to have: a certification such as MikroTik MTCNA, CCNA or Microsoft AZ-800 · exposure to Intune, cloud or automation tools · a real interest in AI you already play around with
What We Offer
A competitive salary of 9.000 - 12.000 PLN gross/month, stated up front, plus a benefits package that includes:
→ Real breadth — you own networks, systems and support across our global sites, not one narrow queue
→ International exposure — globally distributed teams, with colleagues at our sites in Germany, Latvia, the USA and Vietnam
→ Latest tooling — including the internal AI tools we build in-house
→ Local benefits — health coverage, paid leave & local perks
