We have a brand-new opportunity for Software Engineer (AI-First). This role blends hands-on backend development with fast experimentation and practical AI usage. One day you might be building a backend service or integration, another day automating workflows with AI or improving internal systems that support product, operations, or growth. What You will Do:

• Build & Experiment: Rapidly prototype backend-led applications, automations, and workflows using AI-first approaches.

• Code & Integrate: Develop simple to high-complexity backend services, scripts, or APIs (coordinating multiple systems, integrating platforms, optimizing performance).
  Support frontend flows when needed to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Solve Problems Creatively: Apply AI to real business problems across marketing, sales, operations, or strategy - not just technical problems.

• Collaborate: Work closely with product, marketing, and business leads to turn ideas into working systems.

• Learn & Adapt Fast: Stay current with AI tools, backend patterns, and cloud best practices and apply them immediately.

Who You Are:

• 2+ years of relevant experience building backend or full-stack systems in real projects.

• Backend-focused Full-Stack: Comfortable coding in Python, Typescript, JavaScript, Rust, or similar. Backend is your strength, but you can handle frontend work when required.

• AI Native: Already use AI tools daily to speed up development, automate workflows, and solve problems.

• Cloud-aware (AWS preferred): Familiar with AWS (Lambda, EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, CI/CD, or similar) A strong plus.

• Curious & Ambitious: Self-starter who experiments, learns fast, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.

• Ownership Mindset: You take responsibility for outcomes and enjoy building things end-to-end.

• Communication: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have:

• Experience building backend systems or microservices end-to-end.

• Portfolio of AI-driven tools, automations, or internal products.

• Experience integrating APIs, data sources, or cloud services.

• Cross-disciplinary background (backend + product, backend + AI, etc.)
