What you will do:
Drive growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, expand into new countries, and strengthen client retention.
Build trusted partnerships: Act as a strategic advisor to Shopify and other eCommerce sellers worldwide, understanding their business goals and helping them scale profitably.
Lead complex projects: Manage initiatives such as large-scale integrations, global product launches, multi-market expansion, and custom client solutions.
(Example scenario: one client has several brands they want to integrate --> coordination)
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Support teams to deliver seamless solutions for clients.
Shape processes: Identify and improve workflows to create a seamless client experience and drive stronger results.
Represent the company: Meet clients in person, attend key industry events, and strengthen strategic partnerships — including occasional trips to our other offices.
Track and improve performance: Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities, monitor KPIs, and drive results through a consultative, solution-focused approach.
What you bring:
Experience
3–5+ years in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Consulting within B2B eCommerce, ideally with international (US/EU) clients
Hard Skills
Strong understanding of Western eCommerce ecosystems (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Etsy) 🛒
Confident use of CRM systems, analytics tools, and AI-driven insights for decision-making 🤖
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder and cross-border projects 🔗
Solid knowledge of D2C business models and online marketing fundamentals 📊
