Multi-entity Riga
Is this you?
Sounds like you?
→ You work with structure and clarity — systematic thinking, clear priorities, calm in complex situations.
→ You act with ownership — hands-on, and focused on what truly matters.
→ You communicate with ease and empathy, whether with your team, the Head of Finance, or tax authorities.
→ You treat AI and automation as part of how you work, not a someday project.
Probably not a fit if…
→ you want a purely advisory role and not to build the system and processes yourself.
→ you see AI as a future investment rather than a tool you already use.
→ you prefer a narrow national scope to group tax across multiple countries.
→ you'd rather inherit established processes than build group tax from a blank page.
