The role

You carry your own set of open roles across the group — tech, commercial, operations. You run the intake with the hiring manager, agree what "good" actually looks like, then go and find it. Most of that comes from direct outreach, not from waiting on applications.

In short: Your roles are yours from first call to signature. You build the pipeline, you run the process, you make the call on who moves forward.

What you'll work on

→Full-cycle hiring for your own roles. Intake, ad, sourcing, screening, coordination, offer — the whole thing, not one step of it.
→Sourcing. LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, communities, market mapping. This is where most of your week goes.
→Hiring manager partnership. You push back on unclear profiles, agree assessment criteria upfront, and keep decisions moving.
→AI across the funnel. Drafting, research, screening support, structured assessment — daily practice, not a pilot.
→Candidate experience. You set how the process feels from the outside.
→Pipelines before roles open. Mapping and relationships for the hires that are coming, not just the ones already live.

Who we're looking for

Sounds like you?

→Typically 3+ years in full-cycle recruitment, ideally tech or international markets
→You'd rather build a pipeline than wait for one — LinkedIn Recruiter is a daily tool, not an occasional one
→You've hired across levels, from entry to management
→AI is already part of your routine, not something you plan to try
→You'll tell a hiring manager when the profile they want doesn't exist in the market
→Negotiation-level English on calls

→you prefer working inbound applications — most of this pipeline is outbound
→you want one focus area — you'll carry multiple roles across countries and time zones
→you need stable priorities — roles get paused and added at short notice

2250 - 2750€ gross per month. We publish it so pay isn't a negotiation tax — where you land depends on skills, not on how hard you push.
